Just as electrical systems are set up so a circuit breaker blocks a surge of too much power from flooding the system, set up rules in your constitution so departments can prevent other departments from overpowering the company.
Here are four actions you can customize and write into your constitution, actions which departments can do to limit each other:
- Break: Veto an action by another department. Write the reasons why you are saying no. The first department can override your veto.
- Force: Investigate and insist on actions from another department.
- Block: Refuse to help another department. One department might need to depend on another department to act in order to get something done.
- Remove: Impeach people in another department.
