Hi!
What about taking the time, 3 to 4 decades, to reengineer democracy?.We prepare our young people, the ones that want to serve their country, and they take over the management of their country step by step and going up the ladder as they get more knowledge in their fields as well as they gain more experience. We then vote for issues rather than by people, and where our knowledge of the problem decides the weight of our vote. This in a few words, the people interested in creating a new system should gather and present the proposal to us for approval.
