teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

Just as each department is responsible for choosing where to buy and sell its products and services, each department is responsible for choosing where to put its cash.

By keeping money in the hands of each department, everyone is more responsible for their profits and losses, and have more freedom to choose how to spend their money.
