teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

Jack is the director of a department that sells home appliances. He’s done great with customer service, which he loves, so recently he grew the customer service department to do work for the department which sells televisions. Soon he will grow his department again to start offering customer service to other companies – in addition to the home appliances and TV’s at his home base company.

Jack’s coworkers benefit from the success of his customer service department by: owning shares in Jack’s department, through profit-sharing of Jack’s department with the company, and getting referrals through Jack.
