teams:

1. Get people together in teams.
2. Decide what you want from your work.

Don’t force what you love on other people. Openly discuss what you and your coworkers want together.

Ask, “What’s a great situation you’ve had working with people in the past?” “And in one or two words, what’s a theme of why it was a great experience?”
