teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

73. Put big issues to a popular vote.

Representatives could band together to hurt the people who elected them. Maybe the representatives want to give themselves big bonuses. Or maybe the representatives want to amend the Constitution in some sick crazy way.

The people should be able to call a popular vote where, by majority, they can block action or pass a new rule.

Coworkers should also need to approve big decisions made by their representatives, such as a location for new office space.
