teams:

1. Get people together in teams.
2. Decide what you want from your work.

6. Planning

Waterfall planning is project management where everything that will happen over the next few years is planned in phases.

Iterative or incremental planning is project management where the next few weeks are planned, and when that set of goals are achieved, the next few weeks are planned, and so on.
