teams:

1. Get people together in teams.
2. Decide what you want from your work.

58. Limit your group size.

Once a group gets past a certain size, it becomes much harder to stay together.

Groups over 6 people: “What details are we deciding together?”
Groups over 60 people: “What work do you want to do and why?”
Groups over 120 people: “What’s your name?”
