teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

If you don’t have all your resources – your money, coworkers, customers, space, supplies, suppliers, etc. – for the whole project, break your project into smaller pieces. Start with a piece where you do have all the resources.

Your budget should be based on you and your teammates’ reputation from your work on past projects. Finalize budget and resources before work on the project starts.
