teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

Remember the last time you had a difficult discussion? What’s the actual view you saw from where you were sitting? What was the view seen by the person you were talking to? Then imagine a third person looking at both of you. What do each of you see, and what are the implications?

To get people at a company acting in new ways, it helps to get them out of their usual office spaces and into a new comfortable place, whether a walk in the park or a chat in a comfy conference room.
