teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

41. Visual/auditory/kinesthetic learners

Visual learners – use diagrams, charts and pictures with visual learners. Help them picture their goals – what will it look like?

Auditory learners – speak, don’t write, with auditory learners. What will people say to them when they’ve heard their achievements?

Kinesthetic learners – walk or move around with kinesthetic learners, or let them be hands-on. Help kinesthetic learners feel in their body what it’ll feel like to reach their goals.
