teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

4. Have the guts to own your vision.

Every vision starts with one person. Be specific about what you’ll do.

And then do it. Say what you want from your coworkers and why. Let them decide how they’ll do it.

Don’t ask for advice when you already know what you do or don’t want. Ask for what you really want.
