teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

38. Work together to fix problems.

Instead of saying, “You have a problem,” say, “We have a problem.” Then work together to fix it.

Often, the person who has the problem doesn’t know how to fix it, and needs your help. Telling them, “Do this,” won’t work. Instead, work side-by-side with them in the same space, so they learn from your example.
