teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

33. Seek out trouble early on.

If someone avoids talking or working with you early on, that’s the person it’s most important for you to talk and work with.

If you don’t, then later on they will block you and destroy you since, even if they don’t like the way things are done, it is the way they are used to, and you are interfering.
