teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

Just as shoppers are excited, confused or frustrated about layout, signage and/or shopping process in a particular store, nearly every person who works at a company is excited, confused or frustrated about relationships with coworkers, policies, and/or their work process day-to-day.

In addition to conversations with coworkers, take some time to sit back and observe how people work and interact. What do they actually do, day-to-day, minute-to-minute? See what’s going on.
