teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

Introverts tend to think and plan on their own. Getting them to think and plan in a group gets them to externalize their private plans. Disagreements will be shared and eliminated, instead of festering privately.

Extraverts tend to think and plan by talking with other people. Getting them to think and plan on their own helps them take sole responsibility and ownership over their actions, and internalize their actions so they feel self-sufficient; powerful without needing to control.

Introverts will still tend to think on their own, and extraverts will still socialize, without needing you. Help both types get in touch with the other side of themselves.

Express honest appreciation for everyone you work with, both in public and also one-on-one.
