teams:

1. Get people together in teams.
2. Decide what you want from your work.

Three different worldviews:

Alone / isolation – “I am the world. No one else affects me.”

Centralized planning / fighting – “I want to make a world for other people. I tell other people what to do. When people get in my way it’s because they’re wrong.”

Self-organization / chaos – “I want to be one person among many making our worlds. I work with other people. When people disagree with me, we can understand why we disagree, and agree on goals we share, even if we disagree on how to make them happen.”
