teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

24. Mentor.

Treat internships and other mentoring like teamwork. Together, the mentor and mentee create a list of:

an ambitious goal to be achieved during the mentorship,
five types of work the mentee will do which help the mentor and/or the company,
five types of things the mentee will learn with the help of the mentor and/or the company,
when the mentoring will start and finish,
a halfway point to review progress, and
a regular schedule for work and meetings.
