teams:

1. Get people together in teams.

19. Work alone on your own team if you want to.

A “team” of one person is fine, if that’s all it takes to do the job from start to finish.

If you can’t fulfill all expectations on a team – if you don’t know your teammates’ wishes and what work they want to do, share an ambitious vision and timeline, and work in the same space – then make yourself your own team so you can fulfill all expectations within your team.
